Sid and Nancy came to us in July 2020 after their owners could no longer care for them. Unfortunately when we took them for a health check it was found they had heart disease, dental disease and suspected kidney problems. They will need heart scans and blood tests before they can undergo their operation for dental work. Sadly this comes as a HUGE cost to the rescue. We expect a bill of around £800 for these two. We will of course get them them the treatment they so desperately need but with our vet bill now reaching over £5,000 we are extremely worried about how we will cover the cost of this treatment. Most of the rescue is privately funded and relies on events to fundraise. When COVI-19 hit in March 2020 we where unable to fundraise meaning we are loosing ALOT of money as lockdown restrictions continue. On top of that we are seeing more and more cats come in needing expensive vet treatment. Sid and Nancy are just 2 of those cats. We desperately want to help them, but the truth is with out help from the public we can't. If you can give even just £1 towards the cost of Sid and Nancy's care it would make a HUGE difference to their lives.
